Whether you are looking for support to establish boundaries, are facing major life changes, struggling with anxiety or fighting depression, I will collaborate with you to find your own solutions and what works best for you. At times we may use resource materials to focus on a particular topic of interest to you.

I am Person-Centered, focused on you and your needs alone. After a time of rapport building, we will move into finding solutions. My clients often comment on the supportive nature of working with me as they find strength to move forward in their mental health journey. I am also able to offer Christian Counseling for those who specifically request it.

Insurance & Payment

The standard rate for a private, individual in-person session is approximately $150. I currently am not able to accept insurance. If you would like to submit your costs for reimbursement from an out-of-network benefit, discuss the possibility of a superbill copy with me prior to your first appointment.

I will periodically work with couples in specific situations, contact me for more information.

I’m happy to discuss potential payment options to make counseling more accessible.

If I’m unable to accommodate your needs, I’ll gladly refer you to several reputable counseling centers in the Springfield area where I’ve previously worked — trusted professionals I confidently recommend.
